Event/Restaurant Staff
Ironstone Vineyards is currently seeking energetic staff to assist in our restaurant. This includes servers, expos, host, food runners, etc. Position worked may vary based upon daily needs. Previous experience is not required, but is preferred. Weekend availability, with some evenings, required. Must be 18 or older. Must possess, or be able to obtain, a food handler certificate.

Tasting Room Assistant Manager
The Tasting Room Assistant Manager is responsible for efficiently and effectively overseeing the tasting room and tasting room staff in the absence of the Tasting Room Manager. Experience in Tock and/or Wine Direct is preferred. We are looking for someone who is a team player, and has the ability to troubleshoot and implement solutions quickly. Previous experience in a tasting room is preferred, as well as experience leading a team and confidence in a leadership role. Availability to work on-site events. Weekends, evening, and holiday availability is an important factor in filling this position. This is a full-time position, with medical, dental and vision insurance, as well as vacation time. Must be at least 21 years of age.
Cellar
This position will assist in the day-to-day operation of the Cellar. The position follows standard work methods and practices safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible. Duties include cleaning and sanitizing fittings, hoses, lines, tanks, barrels, and grape and wine processing equipment; dumping bins; adding chemicals/sulfur/additives; transferring wines from tank to tank or tank to barrel; and filtering wines through a pad filter. We have two temporary positions lasting through crush, which usually ends mid to late October. Hours are 40 per week until crush. Crush requires 7 days a week with 70-80 hours per week, for approximately 8 to 10 weeks. Experience is preferred.
Prep/Line Cook
Ironstone Vineyards is currently seeking energetic, friendly personnel for a prep/line cook for our beautiful Murphys venue. Duties will include prepping food in a timely and safely manner, while adhering to all sanitation standards, as well as assisting in preparing our menu items for our outdoor bistro restaurant. Must be available to work weekends and evenings. Previous experience is required. This is a full-time position with a minimum of 32 hours per week. Must have or be able to obtain a current Food Handler’s Certification.
Assistant Security Lead
Provide security for Ironstone Vineyards by enforcing security policies and procedures related to the protection of the facility, and the safety and protection of staff and visitors. Ironstone offers flexible scheduling. Security personnel are asked to work varied hours. Weekend, evening and summer holiday availability is a must. Must have at least one year experience. Must possess a valid Guard Card. This is a full time position with vacation, dental, vision, and medical insurance.
