Available Positions
Security
Provide security for Ironstone Vineyards by enforcing security policies and procedures related to the protection of the facility, and the safety and protection of staff and visitors. This position requires a large amount of walking. Ironstone offers flexible scheduling. Security personnel are asked to work varied hours. Weekends, evening and holiday availability is an important factor in filling these positions.
Cellar
This position will assist in the day-to-day operation of the Cellar. The position follows standard work methods and practices safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible. Duties include cleaning and sanitizing fittings, hoses, lines, tanks, barrels, and grape and wine processing equipment; dumping bins; adding chemicals/sulfur/additives; transferring wines from tank to tank or tank to barrel; and filtering wines through a pad filter. We have two full-time positions available. Hours are 40 per week until crush. Crush requires 7 days a week with 70-80 hours per week, for approximately 8 to 10 weeks. Experience is preferred, but not required.
