The Culinary Center
Ironstone Vineyards is dedicated to sharing the secrets of the culinary arts with our guests. A state-of-the-art teaching and entertainment facility, the Culinary Center is equipped with overhead video cameras, television monitors and surround-sound acoustics. Adjacent to the Alhambra Music Room, and located on the 5th floor of our 7-story complex, the 1,560 square foot Culinary Center is an ideal location for group luncheons and private dinners.
Executive Chef James Lehman and prestigious guest chefs conduct cooking and baking demonstrations and classes in the Culinary Center. A highlight of each class is how to pair wines with the cuisine being featured. Be sure to check our Calendar of Events for the next culinary demonstration or class.
